Health and Care at Home Ltd is a Private organisation established in 2015 to provide the Highest Quality Care and Support available. With over 70 years’ experience of leading and delivering Health and Care Services under our belts we understand the most important people in our Business are the people who choose to use us.
Unlike any other provider of Domiciliary Health and Care Services we have No Qualifying Criteria. If you believe you would benefit from additional support with any aspect of your Health, Care or Wellbeing do not hesitate to contact us. Uniquely, all our staff are Trained, Qualified and (where required,) Registered with their Professional Body.
To ensure we meet your every need we work alongside you, your family, friends and where appropriate the local community to create a Bespoke Personalised Care and Support Plan. No matter how simple or complex your needs are we will be able to provide you with a service tailored to you.
We have a team of Qualified Carers, Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Social Workers. We will always work alongside you matching our staff to your needs and most importantly your personality. If you have long term care needs, you may wish to be involved in the recruitment of your own staff team.
If you choose to recruit your own team you can be involved in every aspect, from creating the advertisement to being a part of the selection process (this is available for an additional charge).
We understand that your home is important and therefore we are able to include it in your Personalised Care and Support Plan. If you require hand rails to help you move around we can make them out of the material of your choice, if you require a downstairs en-suite we will design it with you, need an extension no problem, gardening and landscaping are also available through our trusted, DBS Checked partners.

This year we have been very privileged to appear in the latest Parliamentary Review for Care 2019
The Parliamentary Review is a series of fiercely independent publications. It reviews the latest events in parliament from a non-partisan perspective but it is wholly independent of government. It allows private and public sector organisations to share and promote their best practice within policy sectors, with the goal of raising standards. The organisations are also free to use the Review, and their article within it, to promote themselves to a wide audience.
The Parliamentary Review is not an award or an accreditation. It is a vehicle for different organisations to share their best practice as well as their concerns. The organisations that take part choose to present themselves as a learning tool and a template for reform.
