As a Care Director I have achieved an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and I am committed to taking Health and Care at Home to the same level. I proudly maintain a caring, efficient high-quality service for all people we care for and support. I am an appreciative leader who ensures our services are always delivered alongside our clients and their families. With a commitment to personal centred care, we empower the people we care for and support to remain as independent as possible for as long as possible.
I have a strong background in quality assurance, while my leadership practices, values and principles keep the CQC’s fundamental standards at their heart. Having worked in many positions, at different levels within the health and social care sector, this has helped me to gain the experience required to lead my team through excellent interpersonal communication skills, ensuring seamless service delivery which adapts easily to changing environments and demands.
Our services are created and delivered using the knowledge and skills of our care team. We encourage creative thinking, problem solving and holistic team work which maintains high morale and outstanding teamwork. This approach continually improves the knowledge, skills and performance of the organisation based on staff and customer feedback. Our staff are enabled to access bespoke training, through self-identified, professional development assessment.
Our services are continually adapting and improving through sustained organisational learning. I maintain safe and effective services through a sound knowledge of Health and Social Care Policy, quickly interpreting and communicating new or revised policies and procedures for the organisation.
I am a Registered Manager with 6 years’ experience of leadership in health and care services. I work alongside my team to develop and deliver exceptional care. I have extensive experience in the management of a wide range of care needs including; learning disabilities, mental illness, dementia, working with young and elderly people, care in the community including adult protection work in conjunction with the department of Adult Social Care.
I love to learn and help others to achieve, as a qualified assessor, I get the opportunity to support a number of colleagues with their Diploma’s and others to become Assistant Practitioners.
Our continual approach to achieve a CQC rating of Outstanding drives my ambition and the quality of our service.

Our personalised care plan approach ensures I meet every person we care for and support to understanding their care plan, how they wish to be cared for and supported.
