As Health and Care at Home operations continue to expand across Cornwall, we are pleased to welcome Julie Clarke as Care Director and Michelle Mason as Registered Manager.
Julie has been a Care Director for over 7 years as well as having 15 years experience in managing and quality assurance roles across the health and social care sector and brings with her a wealth of experience having already achieved an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Michelle has 6 years’ experience of leadership in health and care services and is currently studying for her Level 5 Diploma in Health and Care. Michelle will ensure that all the personalised care plans will meet the needs of all our clients and how they wish to be cared for and supported.
Michelle is a qualified Assessor and will be supporting the team with their diplomas and development in becoming Assistant Practitioners.
Julie and Michelle have joined the team at an exciting time for the business with many new developments in the pipeline.
