I would just like to express my sincere thanks for the service Health and Care at Home has, and is providing for my father. Your staff go well beyond their remit, we have used different care companies in the past and have been extremely disappointed with them . Your staff from the management team to the nurses and the caring staff are second to none and I am extremely grateful for everything you have done for us as a family. It is fair to say in life you get what you pay for and this case it is worth every penny . Thank you so much for improving my parents quality of life, although dad is seriously disabled he has never looked better for a long time, and most importantly they are together in the home they love.

I wanted to thank you for the advice and help you have given us when we were arranging are for our daughter whilst in cornwall last weekend. It was the first time we had brought her down to stay since she suffered severe brain damage in an accident last year. It was as you realised a steep learning curve for us as a family and wonderful to be able to bring her for a short holiday to a place she has always loved. You were so thoughtful providing the same carer for the four nights so there was consistency and we were all able to get to know each other quickly. When we were let down by someone else you quickly stepped in and sorted extra care filling the potential gap which had not been part of your original remit. It was great and we really felt that our daughter was in very safe hands. We will have no hesitation in repeating the trip and using your support again many thanks.

I am very happy to report that June has made a very close recovery to her old self now, thanks to the dedication and help of your team, and in particular the very able care of Hayley. June and Hayley have one more mission, for June to walk down to our lower garden by the stream, and that is now on the cards for this Friday All other objectives, for June to look after herself, move around the house, go shopping again etc have all been achieved, she is looking healthy, happy and bright again, and we thank everyone at Health and Care at Home for their help in getting to this point after 6 months of dedicated care, good humour and encouragement.
REM Solutions found the enthusiasm and technical expertise from clearly professional staff, within the Health & Care at Home service, extremely helpful in supporting the creation of an effective but simple business continuity plan. The engagement of staff, at all levels, ensured the ability to draw out existing good practice, within a facilitated impact assessment session, and enabled the team to create a clear range of tasks that would enable a strong plan to be adopted. It was an absolute pleasure to work with such a dedicated, professional service and I would not hesitate to recommend them
Mum was extremely happy with the carers you sent

When I met Clive and he explained why he set up Heath & Care at Home, I instantly knew that he was very caring and sensitive man, who has had and still has a passion about people and their well-being, since the very young age of 12.
When we are drawn to such caring roles at an early age, I feel it is a calling. I too have spent several years of my life in the caring sector, as a hands on Nurse/Carer and also working as a Home from Hospital Co-ordinator for the British Red Cross. I believe that the personalised and bespoke services that Health & Care at Home is offering, is paramount to enabling those we love to lead an independent life within their own home. With the minimum of an hour of care being offered, it enables the client to have some quality time to do what their hearts desire, with the time and support that this personalised care will offer.
Gone are the days when families live in close vicinity, where we can care for our loved ones, many have had to leave the County to secure work but with that, it can leave feelings of guilt, that we cannot care for our elders as much as we would like too, this is where Health & Care at Home can come into play, giving you the reassurance that your Mum, Dad, Auntie, Uncle etc will be cared for with compassion, support and time.
